Wilby Place Reserve

This is a lovely little playground tucked into the middle of a reserve. Best suited for 1-8yo, based on size of equipment and access for non-climbers. Equipment includes a generic "fort" with slide and bridge, a small climbing wall / spider frame, swings and rocking creatures.

The playground is on sand, with a limestone edge of varying heights and brick steps (and concrete ramp path) leading up to a gazebo shelter. The playground is surrounded tightly by tall trees and also has comprehensive shade sails over it so will always be shaded.

There is an electric BBQ, but no drinking fountain or toilets. There are benches in the gazebo, and also a couple of benches in the rest of the reserve. There is enough room to run around and to play with a ball. There are quite a few trees providing patches of shade and shelter. A bike path cuts through the park from Wilby Place to Nyandi Court, connecting with the concrete footpaths along those streets.
