Lexington Avenue Estate

This is a nice little suburban playground in a very convenient spot (opposite Triassic Park playcentre and just a couple of minutes walk from Livingston Shopping Centre). There are two separate play areas - one suitable for 0-8 year olds that is well-shaded by plane trees, and one suitable for 3-12 year olds that has no shade. There are benches to sit on by the shaded play area and the unshaded one has open grass terraces wide enough for a picnic blanket. The terraces give a good view of the community tennis court. The playground has its own parking lot and while largely unfenced, has a tall, impassible fence between it and Ranford Road. The wisteria walk is quite pretty!

This is a small playground but there are quite a few things for a toddler to do (hooray!). One part of the playground is very well shaded by flame trees. A great find for parents of toddlers!
