Located directly opposite Austinmer Beach. Play area fenced from main road under large pine trees open to carpark area. Separate swings. Climbing frame, slide, fort style climbing frame with low area for toddlers (toddler rockers). Coffee shop and cafe plus takeaway shop.

This fully fenced playground is opposite the beach and just the right size, with a toddler swing, normal swing, rope challenge, big slide, little slide and a few other novelties. Kids from 18 months to about 10 years old all enjoy it, and it's a nice spot for parents too with several seats and a picnic table within the fenced area.
