This is the best park I have found for under 3 year olds. It is new. There is some fencing up, but it is for growing grass. The playground is open. The cafe "farmers daughter" is just up the road, and it does great coffee.

I really liked this park.
It would suit a range of ages.
My 18 month old loved climbing on everything and there is lots of interesting equipment beyond swings and slides. Speaking tubes, a cool HUGE net merry go round thing and lots of balancing activities.
By far the coolest was a natural branch cubby around a tree.
There was at least one picnic table and parking but no toilets.
