Interesting climbing ropes, a springy toy, and a weird spinning ball. Looks new and has good shade and seating. The climbing ropes would be good for primary aged children.

This says it’s fully fenced, but it absolutely is not. There are some fences, but it isn’t “fully” fenced and there are roads on 3 sides.
