Powlett Reserve

There is no need to describe the play equipment here - it is safe to assume that this playground has it all, and then some! Just completed, this cheery playground offers much fun for all ages and abilities.

The playground is reasonably accessible to kids with disabilities. There is a swing with a harness and a rubber turf path wide enough for a wheelchair that meanders throughout the structures, many of which boast activities at toddler or sitting height.

There is partial fencing along the Powlett St and Grey St borders, so toddlers can escape, but at least they are directed into the centre of the parklands.
