The only thing that stops this from being rated Poor is the adjacent park with small hills, amphitheatre and bridges over a dry creek.
The playground contains 2 small forts, one with a slide the other with a tunnel. There is a table tennis table - bring your own bats and balls.
Best suited to toddler-3.
