Anthony Beale Reserve

While the playground is quite new and well kept, I don’t actually think there is a lot here to keep children occupied and interested. There are a few big pieces of equipment to play on but nothing that promotes imaginative play. Lots of space between equipment, which would be great for when the park is busy. There is a BBQ, 2 drinking fountains and picnic benches but no shade from the sun. The sandpit is placed a few steps away from the playground, which is perfect if you don’t want your child to see it/play in it.

Great playground. More smaller areas for children to breakout and play. Needs more chairs closer to equipment for parents, and toilet facilities.
