Balwyn Park

What a delight this park is, especially compared to the playground it replaced. This is exactly what I would have wanted as a school-aged girl, and is perfect considering it is over the road from a girls school.

There are 'goal post' style parallel bars at both ends of the playground, a suspended beam, a fixed beam, a great cubby/shop-front/house window setting under a deck for the littlies, plenty of different climbing apparatuses, single slide and double wave slides, moveable pommel walks and much more!

The area is quite an activity hub, with a tennis club, Scouts hall, bowls club and two ovals either side of the playground. All it needs are some toilets that are accessible to the public.
