- suit young kids as the play equipment is very old and basic. Includes two slides, climbing fort, monkey bars and two smaller bulldozer rides that move on springs
- lots of parking (except when nearby ground used for footy)
- no fences but is a small space so easy to keep eye on kids
- can be hot in summer as limited shade available
- public toilet block nearby
- next door to farmers market (every 2nd sunday) and craft market (every 4th sunday)
