Ferndale Park

There are two structures here. The smaller is suitable for toddlers though has a flying fox attached (school aged kids) and a ladder (about 4ft tall). It also has a slide, tunnel, bridge and 'telescope'. The larger structure is good for school aged kids with a balance beam, chain ladder, pole, spiral ladder,slide and monkey rings attached. There are also two sets of swings (buckets and slings), a bouncy bike and a kind of cubby/picnic bench.
Immediately nearby are two picnic benches, both shaded by trees, and a BBQ. Over the hill is some lovely grassy space to play. It's next to an oval and cricket nets with lots of surrounding shady trees. There's an automated toilet by the bike path crossing on Glen Iris Rd. Over the road are two cafes, one with a kitchen menu.
