Updated early 2009. Directly next to Chelsea Surf Living Saving Club. Playground has a nautical look with a big lighthouse. Play equipment for all ages. Boardwalks for easy access. BBQ facilities & tables for family outings.
The park itself is fantastic, with many different things to find here. Lots of boardwalk type equipment to run around on, and a cute little mini lighthouse which leads up to a big slide. The only thing I would fault at this park is that the access to the beach is not closed off. Kids can run freely from the park to the beach, which can be rather troublesome for parents with many children to keep an eye on. Otherwise - its GREAT !!
We love this park in summer. We have a play and then run off down the beach
Loved this park. Great for toddlers with enough seating for the grown ups. Good quick easy access to the beach... Requires a parking fee so take your coinage....
