Fenced off from beach and Nepean Hwy this is a fantastic playground! 2 Forts (one for bigger kids and one for smaller kids) are made to look like castles! There are big and little slides, chain rope bridges, balancing beams, flying fox, sandpit (though it has quite a few little leaves in it), diggers, a pretend ship area, swings for all ages and musical play areas. Ramps allow wheelchair access into castles and there is also a wheelchair swing. Sheltered picnic areas. Grassed areas. Gas BBQ.

Short walk to beautiful Frankston foreshore. Pay to park unless you are a local resident with a permit. My son loves it.

Frankston City Council have recently renovated and reopened this playground as at February 2019. What a waste of money. It is terrible.
There is no shade whatsoever and is not age appropriate at all. Dangerous with lots of fall hazards and many children are going home with multiple splinters.
Avoid.

Beautiful secret gem!
Especially given the previous one star review.
This playground has 7 sails for shade and undercover tables at the BBQs (2). Toilets are in good vicinity of the play area and there is sufficient shaded grass if you want to sit on this at midday. I counted 4 slides and at least 6 swings.
Just wonderful.
