Very big. Slides, swings, disabled access swing.
This is a lovely big playground on the shore of the lake. It has lots of wooden nooks and crannies so great for a game of hide and seek. Very popular. Toilets are a bit of a walk away (guess around 300m).
Massive playground, mostly made of wood.
Has an old fashioned tram operating nearby.
Great for toddlers.
Just be careful If you're tall and like climbing around with the kids!
Great playground but let down by its proximity to road with lack of fencing. Being such a large playground kids can disappear into it and parents have to follow toddlers around to ensure they don't wander off because there is no fence and you can't see them.
So much fun.
Disappointingly, as of mid-July 2017 significant parts of the wooden structures have been burnt by arsonists. Given the playground's popularity, Council have promised to repair the damage as soon as possible.
