The wonderful trees are a great feature of this park. The play equipment was totally covered by tree shade when we visited in the early afternoon.
The park has a wonderful old carriage (the horse-drawn style) that kids can clamber all over, which was very popular when we were there. Other equipment includes slides, swings, tunnel, bridge and an old horse carousel - always a favourite.
We loved this playground. Our toddler really loved the merry-go-round and the bouncing cars. Nice shaded area with picnic tables and toilets near by.
Decent playground in a large park with shady trees.
Comprised of aging, but engaging, equipment in lovely shaded location with plenty of seating. Handily across the street from the kid-friendly Victoria Hotel.
