Recently constructed Playground 2013.
Playground includes mound slide, toddler play unit, web climber, talking pipes, basket swing, spinner and rocker. Park also has new park facilities including large BBQ shelter, toilets and open park land. The park is fenced from the main road. Great stopping space near Castlemaine.
This park is the entrance to the Campbells Creek Trail and Reserve, which is a lovely long walk or bike ride to Castlemaine. The track runs thru native bushland, almost totally uninterrupted by road. There are bridges, interactive information boards, and viewing seats and tables. The Trail finishes by Camp Reserve Castlemaine.
Campbells Creek Park also is the site for events such as the Friends of Campbells Creek Community Day held usually in October.
