Broadbeach Park is located right on the beach with lifeguards. It has a playground with slides and swings and also a pedal monorail surrounding it.

This park is good, but it has a brand new really fancy park right next to it, so hard to keep up. But this does have the monorail which is fun. Has the usual, slides, swings, something to climb. Has sand for the surface, and it's right on the beach.
