Hazelwood Park

Great playground with a good range of stuff for all ages. Slides, dinosaur bones buried in sand pit and flying fox a big hit.

Lovely park with lots of natural shade and a range of activities. The slide on the hill was very popular as was the flying fox. Another advantage is the close proximity of Burnside Swimming pool just a short walk across the park.

-Great facilities for older children.
-Swings and a large sand pit for the little ones.
-Accessible equipment for children with disabilities.

Lovely big spaces for running and lunching and a big hill for climbing and sliding down.

It's not the equipment that makes this playground (you've seen it all elsewhere before), it's the fact that they've added to what was there and not simply removed everything old when upgrading. So I could reminisce about the ancient vehicle (still no idea what it is) while appreciating the new climbing frame. The bushland setting is super special.
