Richards Park, Norwood

Accessible from both Magill Road and Osmond Terrace, this is a little gem tucked away from view.

Several park benches and picnic table dotted around, plus a couple of BBQ's (one undercover).

A number of winding paths through the park make it a great place to bring your kids with their bikes.

There is an "amplitheatre" style area, which is good for the kick of a ball.

The playground itself is more suited to kindy+, rather than little todders (difficult to climb for littlies).

There is a 4-seat see-saw, plus swings (inc one with a toddler seat) and some animal rockers.

This park is not fenced, however the play area is a good distance back from the road, so feels very safe.

Lots of shade, a water-fountain and clean toilets make this a great park to visit (+ coffee available at a couple of cafe's on Magill Road).

No specific car park, but ample parking on Osmond Terrace or the nearby side streets.
