Big stone dinosaurs, climbing frames, slides, swings, wooden 'treetop' walk, stepping stones, separate island with additional playground and trees that squirt water! Plenty of grass area for kicking a ball too. There is a lake with no fence so your visit may involve running around after toddlers!

Apparently the lake is only about 30cm deep! (It has a dark liner, so it looks deceptively deep).

This playground is a little different as it is mostly large walkways with climing poles and ladders up and down. It is in a beautiful location but not toddler friendly! They say it is for over 5 yo on the signs and they are correct - my 2yo nearly walked off a 10 foot drop.

Just came back from another day at this terrific playground. Good for older kids, lots of interesting and challenging climbing, encourages them to roam and explore, they love the island in the lake. If you bring younger kids expect to follow them very closely. Zamia cafe is also very good, nice food but very busy, would pay to book for lunch.

This is a beautiful park with several playgrounds that are suited to children 5 years old and over. There are a lot of ducks and other birds scattered throughout the parklands. The pathways are all pram friendly and there are Free toilets facilities located on site. I wouldn't recommend this playground for those with toddlers because there is a large of unfenced pond in the middle of the playground. Also some of the climbing structures have exposed edges for sliding poles with a 2 meter fall height. The Lycopod Island Playground has a rubber mat base so there is no need to empty the sand from children's shoes before entering the car.

This is the best playground we ever saw! My 5 and 7 yo are absolutely happy.
