This is a recently-built and well-maintained nature-adventure-style playspace. It was opened in 2013. There are many mature trees, several of which are excellent for climbing, log steps, a dry "riverbed", rocks to climb on, a large sand area to dig in, a lookout, a stone slide and concrete tunnel, balancing logs, swings and a hammock. There is an area of proper turf grass, and large areas of softfall mulch with gravel and mulch paths defining the area.

Facilities - there are several benches, one picnic table and a drinking water fountain. There is no shade over most of the play areas, trees have been planted for such but it'll be a few years before they are tall enough to give the shade. There is a convenient car park, and bike-suitable footpaths leading through the housing area to the playground. There are no toilets.

I'd recommend this playground for 0-14 years. No toddler-specific equipment, but there's very little equipment of any sort and I'm a big believer in getting them out playing on uneven and tactile surfaces right from the get-go. One of the climbing trees is a fallen tree so easy for a parent to assist small children on. There is very little that a toddler *couldn't* engage with any more than an older child.

I'd give this playground five stars, were it not for the lack of toilets and current lack of shade.
