This reserve has two main play areas. The first is a playground on sand and rubber matting under shade sails. It's mostly a climbing maze - no slides or forts. There is a limited amount for the very littlies to do but anyone who can climb a spiderweb or dig in sand can stay busy for ages. The second play area is a very extensive (unshaded) set of climbing bars, monkey bars and similar, set at appropriate heights for teens. There is a bike path looping around the reserve and around the younger playground, and a cricket pitch in the middle of the large open reserve - plenty of room for balls and wheels. None of the reserve is fenced.
