Bill Hicks Reserve

This park is great!
It's an off leash dog park.
A big field I've seen PT and kids sports groups (soccer goals) here as well as kites, remote control planes etc.
Path runs all around the reserve, it's just under 5minute lap walking, bins, doggy bags, benches and trees and nature run around with the path...lovely views of the hills.
Toilet block and a community room/canteen to rent (I assume).
The play equipment is completely shaded with sails, set in bark chips. One smaller toddler size playground , seesaw, digger, 2 swings (one toddler) and a bigger playgroup with a spiral slide, 2 racing slides, monkey bars, flying fox thing etc.
At the other end of the field is bench/tables with sail and drums.
New addition of exercise equipment! Chest press, lat pull down, pec deck, squat rack, rower, chin up/sit up bench, step and walker machine all self powered by your own weight!
Only downside is side road parking is a bit awkward and no BBQ facilities. There is wheelchair access.
