A nice playground centrally located in Winthrop. Swings, sound wall, crawling obstacle course, moving climbing frame, pirate ship etc. Soft rubber matting on ground makes it safe for toddlers. Ramps make it suitable for prams & wheelchairs.

We went on a rainy day so didn't get to engage with it as full as we could. My 3-yo explored a bit cautiously, ran around a little, the 1 yo stayed close to me except for looking at puddles. I can see a lot of potential, especially with the sensory exploration options, but it did seem like things were spaced out very widely without a lot of dense "play"ness. Which is common to a lot of WA playgrounds but made it a bit harder for kids at this young end of the age range to create their games.

Great setting. Spread out. Plenty of shade. Large lake - not fenced. Seating, BBQs and toilets next to play areas.

We had a great time exploring everything the park had to offer. My 2.5yr old loved it.
