Very large park that includes an oval, bike track, huge grassed area, grafitti wall and private tennis facilities.
Park has relatively new pirate ship themed play equipment suitable for many aged children. There are 2 swings separated from the play equipment but quite close to the grafitti wall.
There are plenty of tables and BBQs.
The fencing around the park is loose - ie by no means child-proof, but the park is large so you have area to catch the child.
There is limited parking along the perimeter of the park, and a separate dog-run just across the road.
There are public toilets and you can hire the tennis courts for a price.
There is a bike path within the park, but is steep in places so not suitable for a child who has not mastered the brakes.
Fun park for most ages. Great for scooters and bikes. Tennis next to play equipment. Fun equipment to play on. Not shaded well on a hot day and ground gets very hot. Always busy and very friendly neighbourhood. We left a scooter there one day and came back a few hours later and it was put to the side. Thanks stranger! Nice and big to run around. Steep grassy hill, kids love running down.
This park has had an upgrade recently so it now includes all the facilities listed.
