Yallingup Beach Playground

This playground is probably suitable for ages 0-14. There is a small amount of toddler-accessible equipment, including tiny slides and the crawl-under-with-misters "wave" tunnel. The main structure is better for older children as it's at some height. Equipment is "adventure" style with lots of logs, ropes and climbing or alternate movement needed. The playground base is white sand.

There are water fountains, toilets, picnic tables, some grassy space suitable for gathering, a parking lot which may be quite full at peak times, a cafe on the other side of the parking lot, and beautiful lookouts over the ocean and the beach below. There is no particular shade on the equipment but picnic tables have some shade. The playground is not fenced but is designed in a manner that's self-contained. There is beach access from this park, and it's where the surf school classes meet. The beach below holds swimming lessons in season and is listed as a Surfing Heritage reserve.
