Easy to find playground on the main st through town. Public toilets, cafe next door, parking for caravans as well as cars, barbecues, picnic tables, plenty of room to run around and kick a ball. A small river runs through the middle of the park, unfenced, with a historic water wheel nearby. The swings are on one side of the water and the climbing forts are on the other. A narrow bridge crosses the water over the weir. I'd peg this playground as being best for ages 3-10 based on the size of the equipment. Lots of climbing stuff and some slides and poles, so once a kid can climb they'll be fine, but little to do if you can't climb yet. The swings are in open sun. The climbing forts are shaded by tall trees so may be hot at summer noon but should be good most of the time. Picnic tables and bbqs are all under the trees.
