Kangaroo Bay Playground

Kangaroo Bay Foreshore has recently been developed into a high quality open space area with a children’s playground, barbeque and picnic structure, toilets and plenty of open promenade and kick about lawns. The playspace includes a water pump with trough and channel with weirs and a fountain. There is a unique see-saw which operates water spraying fountains and bespoke timber boats for climbing and swinging. A rope obstacle course challenges older children and there is plenty of seating, parking and picnic spaces. The playspace is not fenced. Accessible off the foreshore bike path. Take a towel and change of clothes for the water play elements!
