Spalding Park Geraldton

I used to come to this playground when I was a child, twenty-five years ago. It's changed a lot, but probably for the better. There are three sections to the playground - two separate play areas on a sand base, and a third area with adult fitness equipment. Lots of room for running around, and interesting mounds and hills to go up and down (for kids like mine who like that kind of thing). The river is down at the bottom of the park (there was no swimming, fishing or pet access when we were there due to algae but we had a nice walk there anyhow), and the miniature railway is up at the top of the park. Plenty of parking, toilets.
