This was our first time to this park. For a start the road signage in google maps is all wrong, this I think is due to it being a new estate. But If you drive straight down the main street, the park is right at the end.

Not a huge amount of parking. Looked nice and new, lots of red gravel rock everywhere, you'd have to watch tots very closely, in case they topple over the edges of the walk ways.

This park is not fenced, not a huge amount of traffic (at the moment). Lots of covered places to sit, several BBQs not in bad condition. Lots of grass area for a kick of a ball. And paths for riding or scootering around. 3 choices of swings, baby, normal and a net one, and the normal ones adults can fit their bottoms in (even if there a big size 18, like mine). There were a couple of down points: the rope bridge thing was pretty high and you'd have to watch smaller kids as they could fall through and it's a couple of metres high up. NO shade at the moment so on hot days like today (29) the swings and slides were hot on bottoms.

We went to try out the toilet facility in the park (only one big one). it was horrid, blocked and leaking everywhere (have written to Council to let them know) and there had obviously been a few parties as there were only two bins and all were full and overflowing...

Overall though, had a nice time.

Great playground - lots of different areas to explore. Main structure is steel however naturally shaded, may get hot. On an oval and includes toilets! No monkey bars however lots of swings. Has a seperate toddler section to older children section.
