Smith St Mall Playground

This playground is located at the Smith St Mall opposite to Anthony Plaza Arcade. Not many playgrounds in Darwin have soft mat on the ground but this playground has soft mat on the ground that can protect children from big bruise or cuts on their knee when they accidentally fall while playing at this playground.

The playground is under the shade so it still comfortable to play there on a hot sunny day. Slippery slide, maze, little tunnel, will occupy the little ones. While twisting climbing frame might challenge the older ones.

They did some renovations with this playground by adding some new play equipment. But the main playground structure remains the same.

There are some sitting areas there. So please, grab a cuppa at nearest coffee shop if you need one and just sit and watch your children having fun at the playground. There are plenty of cafes or coffee shops at the Mall. Or you can just relax there after shopping at the Mall while children can keep themselves busy with playground equipment.

There are public toilets nearby. Public Toilets are in The Galleria Arcade in Smith Street Mall at the back of the Galleria on the right.
