This park has it all. It has lots of open areas to kick a ball or play some sort of ball game, there are bbqs and areas to have lunch or parties undercover. There are two play areas; both good for kids, both under shade cloths. However, they have bark for floor covering and no fenced area, but not close to a road if kids do run off. In addition, there is a bike track. But what sets this park apart from most is it has animals: native birds, emus, kangaroos etc. all for free viewing, so a complete day out on the cheap for any family.
we have also found this to be a fantastic park as previously mentioned. The only thing I can add is that they have toilets, on site car parking and boiling water available just outside of the amenities block which has been fantastic for our mothers group. We all bring along our travel mugs so we can have a cuppa.
This park entertained kids aged from 2 -12yrs plus the adults. It has something for everyone. The kangaroos, emus and chickens were a big surprise. We'll be returning soon.
